Obligations under the Express Systems programs are insured by a contractual liability insurance policy. In most states, Express Systems GAP protection takes the form of a debt waiver amendment to the purchaser's auto finance contract. In the remaining states, protection is provided by an insurance policy issued to each purchaser. Consult your Express Systems representative for the terms and conditions that apply in your state.
